I've had one session of hypnosis with Joanna to help me recall some specific information from my past. It was an excellent experience. She has a very soothing, musicality to her voice and quickly guided me into a deeper state of relaxation. She was very structured in her approach and supportive so that even though she brought me to some very emotional moments, I felt calm. It was like having a friend in my memories with me. Very healing. Joanna is clearly skilled in her work but it was her compassionate nature that really made me glad I'd chosen her above others.
